What is Elderly Care?

Our Elderly Care services are personalised, compassionate and help you or your loved one continue to live safely at home. We’re here to make life easier.
Life is about enjoying the little things but, as we age, many of the daily activities we take for granted become more difficult to manage. Elderly Care helps bridge the gap. It provides you or your loved one with as much or as little support as you need to keep doing the things you enjoy.
Our Care Teams work to understand what matters most to you, then help you or your loved to stay safe, secure and independent in your own home.

Your home, Your care, Your choice.

Our 9.6 review score shows how our Home Care can make a positive impact on daily life. We always keep your loved one at the heart of what we do.

How much does it cost?

The cost of Elderly Care at Home varies according to your or your loved one’s needs. Prices will also depend on what kind of elderly support you choose: Visiting Care, Live-in Care or a combination of both. Our services are competitively priced and provide excellent value for the high quality care our trained Carers deliver.
Our Team will work with you or your loved one to find a personalised care plan that suits your requirements, routine and budget. When you get in touch, we can arrange a free no obligation home visit to discuss your needs in more detail.

Why choose Elderly Care?

Are your elderly parents prone to falls, is Gran getting too frail to shop for herself, or is your Granddad in need of some company?
As many as 80% of older adults expressed a strong desire to remain in their own homes as they age.1 Our wide range of services are designed to help you or your loved one achieve this by staying as independent as possible for as long as possible.
We are very flexible and work around you. Our Visiting Care means we can pop in for 30 minutes or longer or we also provide Live-in Care and 24 Hour Home Care.
There are two key options for Elderly Care – receiving care in your own home or moving into a residential facility. There are advantages to both and sometimes moving into a care home is a necessary choice if specialist nursing care is needed. However, many of our clients choose to receive Elderly Care in their own homes.

Quick Questions

Elderly Care is personalised support that enables you to stay at home for longer. Sometimes we need a little more support than usual – and elderly home help is a way of receiving assistance where you feel most comfortable. Whether it’s help with household tasks, medication reminders, getting ready for the day or assistance after an accident, our Teams can help in making life easier.

Our home help for the elderly provides dedicated support for physical and mental needs of older people. We offer short term assistance for conditions and recovery from injury, illness and hospital stays as well as regular respite to give a primary caregiver a break, or long term help around the home. Elderly Care is always bespoke and personalised to each individual client. Our friendly Carers can help with daily household tasks, like laundry or vacuuming or maintaining a routine for meals and medication.

Our elderly assistance is flexible and tailored to your or your loved one’s specific needs. We work together to agree an elderly care plan with as much care as you need. For some people, this might be companionship and help with daily housekeeping tasks. For others, this could mean more specialist help like hoisting, or even continuous 24 Hour Home Care.

Our range of services include Personal Care, Domestic Care, Companion Care, Palliative Care and Respite Care. We also offer Live-in Care and Overnight Care if a night service is what you need.

Everyone is unique! Discussing and preparing for care can be challenging, especially if your elderly loved one isn’t sure they need care yet. We can help in any circumstance. You or your loved one may be feeling overwhelmed, there could be an emergency, your main caregiver may be away, or you may simply like some company. We tailor our Elderly Care to suit each person’s individual needs, so you or your loved one can receive as much or as little help as necessary.

Absolutely. We can include more specialist services for conditions like dementia, Parkinson’s, cancer, Multiple Sclerosis and more. If necessary, we can also arrange for a second Care Worker to help during your visit if you have more complex needs, called a double up.

Personal Care costs do vary according to the type of care needed, the number of care visits and where you live. To learn more and to get a personalised quote, find your local Team.

Home Care is great for those who wish to remain in the comfort of their home but need extra support. Moving into a residential care facility can be daunting and many prefer to remain in a familiar environment surrounded by special memories. Home Care also provides personalised support that’s conducted in a manner to suit your needs and preferences. Unfortunately, care homes can’t provide the same level of dedicated and personalised care. In a care home, staff attention is shared between multiple residents. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference and what you think would work best for you. Read our guide comparing Home Care with care homes.

Introductory agencies are not regulated and quality cannot be guaranteed. We provide fully regulated services that are inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
