How quickly can Home Care be arranged?
We operate a responsive service. We work wherever possible to your timings and work very hard to ensure your care is in place when it is needed. In most instances we are able to install emergency care within 48 hours of initial contact, sometimes sooner if required. If you need urgent care, please contact your local Careena Homecare Team.
Do you only support elderly clients?
Our services are for anyone who needs additional support to continue living at home, regardless of age. Our focus is on making life easier.

How is care monitored?
Like all our services, our Home Care is regulated by the CQC. The CQC is an independent regulator that inspects our services to ensure our quality standards are maintained. This includes checking that our care is focused on our clients as individuals, as well as that we keep you safe at all times. In addition to this, we are proud to partner with Birdie Care. Birdie’s innovative care technology enables us to digitally log and monitor the support we provide.
